The aim is simple: reduce uncertainty, create calm, and give the home clear evidence of a child-first welcome.

Built around The home

Using a Children’s Guide as a foundation, each touchpoint is custom built around the home, routines, expectations and culture.

All touchpoints are hosted securely and accessed through a dedicated login, providing a safe and consistent experience for children and adults.

Usage tracking and reporting give managers visibility of engagement, helping provide oversight and support where needed.

Creating space to engage, inform and reassure the child

When a child is told they are moving, they may be anxious, distracted or overwhelmed. Even when adults explain things carefully, it can be hard for the child to take everything in.

Our Home Only gives the child chances to come back to the information when they are ready. They can look again, think about what they have seen, and build their understanding as they move from first introduction to settling in.

For the home, this creates a clearer and more consistent welcome. Adults can see what has been shared, what the child has accessed, and where extra reassurance may be needed.

It does not replace face-to-face time. It helps make that time more meaningful — laying the groundwork so adults can listen, reassure and build trust.
